+ very nice staff, very personal and friendly! + the look of the facility is amazing! + definitely value for money! - the rooms are a bit poorly soundproofed so you can hear the traffic on the street. - the pool is amazing but should be cleaned more regularly - unfortunately a little mold in the bathroom, but the rest was amazing!

From the moment you walked through the door, the whole experience was amazing, spotlessly clean rooms, when we were shown to the room, the receptionist noticed a problem with the hot tub tap, which was rectified within an hour, the food was sublime, live music on one night, would not hesitate going again!

Pagas 600-700€ la noche por un hotel que está a medias, literalmente. - Sin servicio de habitaciones. - Habitaciones parcialmente sin cortinas - Sin TV operativa en ninguna habitación (ni canales ni internet ni la posibilidad de lanzar contenido desde un smartphone, es un despropósito tras otro) - Las piscinas privadas no tienen nada para poder entrar en ellas (escalones, taburetes, cualquier cosa). - El principal reclamo de las habitaciones Sky Suite que es el jacuzzi no funciona y no dan ninguna solución. Pagas por un servicio que no funciona y que ni arreglan ni te indemnizan. - Prometen una botella de agua rellenable (entiendo que diariamente) que no existe (solo hay una botella de agua comercial en la nevera) - La cocina son dos tazas, una cafetera tipo Nespresso y un hervidor. Nada de cubiertos ni utensilios por el estilo. - Hay un continuo tránsito de trabajadores haciendo obras e instalaciones en las habitaciones, esto parece un capítulo de Manolo y Benito. - A pesar de reclamar todo este tipo de cosas, ni un solo detalle, nadie te viene a dar una explicación y por supuesto ni una solución a ningún problema. En ningún lado se indica que el hotel esté a medias (creedme que literalmente es así) y las habitaciones las cobran a precio de oro. Yo no pisaría este hotel hasta, como mínimo, dentro de un año. Hay infinidad de opciones mejores en la isla, con todos lo servicios y no este despropósito.
