"The hotel was very well located for Myeongdong. Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. It had coin laundry facilities in the hotel which was very convenient. However you had to go to the 3rd floor for irons (no irons available in the bedroom)."

"This is a nice hotel in a nice location. There are some updates needed that would be helpful depending on the traveler. Not enough outlets for charging various devices. Standard 2 prong outlets fall out of the outlets. There should be grab bars in the shower area. It's a big step into and out of the tub. The room was clean, a little on the small side. The AC worked well. The room was made up daily. The $18/person breakfast buffet was good. The lobby is on the 9th floor so an extra step is required if you need to stop in the lobby before exiting the hotel. All in a all a very good hotel. I rate it 4 stars."
