Very nice hotel, rooms were large and comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful. The sauna/baths on the top floor were very nice to have and the hotel was in a great central location with good transport links.

The staff were really nice and responsive to my questions. The rooms are well kept and spacious for Seoul, it really makes a difference to have a separated living room area. Make sure you double check that your room has a laundry machine, I made that mistake. It was also so nice to have access to the gym and sauna

It was an enjoyable stay at Fraser. Employees were all so nice, treating guests with sincere care and kind smiles. Even when I ask for extra towels, they did not hesitate and provided us with more towels and other things I asked of them. The hotel was neat and clean, employees were all professional.
