The home is sparsely furnished, which is actually good for a rental; however the very spacious kitchen is very lacking the basics of cooking , serving and feeding 14. There were 7 forks, 6 glasses and many plastic cups, 1 dishtowel, no serving platters and serving bowls. There are a ton of plates and bowls and mugs which was great. These are easy fixes. “This is a nice spacious place with plenty of nearby amenities (walk to Whole Foods, CVS, restaurants). The host was quick and attentive to providing several items we requested (i.e. bathroom floor towels for stepping out of the shower, additional kitchen towels, additional oven mitts). The feature I appreciated most was the tankless hot water heater with unlimited hot water. Other vacation rentals we have stayed did not have enough hot water to fill the bathtub. "The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location."
