「Staff was nice and friendly, however the hotel is falling into disrepair. Many ceiling leaks and water damage all over property including in the pool area which was actively leaking. Elevator out of service due to a flood on the lower level. Pool water was fairly cold and our room consistently smelled like pot or cigarettes and we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. We had to sleep all night with the bathroom exhaust fan running. Complimentary breakfast was good. Older hotel that was...

「We left in the early morning to visit relatives. When we returned at 2:30pm I room had not been cleaned. We talked to the front desk and were assured it would be done within an hour. We went to the pool and returned at 4:30. It had not been done and no one ever showed up to do it. Tacky!」

「The place is amazing this is the best place that I’ve ever been .The room was beautiful ,clean and spacious ,We love the hot tub and all the amenities.My family also enjoy the swimming pool clean and cool.My son enjoyed playing with the cat.The host is very friendly and nice people .Breakfast is delicious.Excellent planning to come back again next time.」

「The front desk staff were AMAZING. However, I was there for 8 nights. Three times I had to take dirty towels to the front desk to request clean ones. Our room was actually "cleaned" two times. One of those times they left the dirty towels in the room. Everyday I asked the front desk staff to address this and I truly believe they did their best. However whoever is in charge of the cleaning staff needs to be made aware of these issues.」
