Plenty of living space and all the bedrooms had excellent space. Everything was clean and well laid out. A few quirks to the house design/layout that made the stay exciting. Each bedroom has its own window A/C unit perfect for individuals that want a custom temperature for bedtime. We will definitely be looking at this property for future stays in Fort Collins.

This property was amazing. It's very well appointed and the owner did and amazing job of communicating everything that we might need to us. In addition, the location is perfect. It's walking distance to several wonderful dining options as well as Trader Joe's if you want to just cook there. Very spacious and comfortable. We will definitely book again!! Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!!

We had a wonderful time and stay. The location was easy walking distance to several good restaurants and places we wanted to go. If we did have to drive nothing was far. The home was perfect for our needs with ample space to hang out together or be in our rooms for privacy. For being next to a relatively busy road it was nice and quiet. I’d totally recommend staying here.

Needing place for daughter's graduation from csu for family members. House was easy to find, great parking, and close to campus. Showers were great amd having 2 bathrooms for 4 people was perfect. Cozy living room and dining room made for a wonderful family dinner the night b4 graduation. Tons of kitchen ware and easy directions on where things were located. Bedrooms were well appointed, good ac, and good mattresses. Host was wonderdul and very responsive to questions during booking. Even though on a main street we were all surprised at how quiet it was. Great place to stay in Fort Collins!

We had a glitch, but we'd stay there again

To be honest, there was a glitch in the check in process and we never got the access code. However, Jill handled the situation very gracefully, and simply because of how wonderful she was when she became aware of the problem, we'd stay at the property again. I believe this to be a great property with a great host.

Property does not smell good and has mold.

While the property has been updated to a certain extent, it smells of mildew and has mold. The air conditioning is actually 4 old, small window units that smell very musty and the main bathroom has a fair amount of visible mold.
