Great place for Ft collins
Generally, the house was perfect for our needs. However, the place needs a little TLC. The upstairs bathroom sink drain needs to be cleared. The doorknob on the upstairs door to the deck needs tightening or replacement. The kitchen appliances should be replaced. The refrigerator door has duct tape on the handle and does not always completely close. These are all minor things. Overall we had a great time with the house. If or when we return, we will try to book this house.

They had everything that we needed. Only issue was a slightly dirty downstairs bathroom when we arrived. Owners are extremely responsive.

Family friendly!
Our group consisted of 2 grandparents, 2 parents, a 2-1/2 year old and a 5 mo old. The young family had the upstairs bedrooms and bath with tub, and the old folks were in the basement bedrooms with shower. It was so nice having a port-a-crib for the baby and kid toys (especially 2 tractors and a train!). It was very warm the week we were there, so we didn’t use the backyard as much as we had hoped, but did manage to roast marshmallows 1 night. Fort Collins was a perfect midway point for us as the young family flew into the Denver airport and we spent 1 day at the Cheyenne Frontier Days, 1 day at Rocky Mountain National Park and 1 day in Laramie. And the city parks were delightful!

The property was perfect! We had family over from New Jersey and we grilled. The backyard was perfect as was the weather! The neighborhood was very friendly. There is a bike path that begins at the corner and the walk through there was Gorgeous! We had a great time!☺️❤️

Amazing - just like home
This is the most amazing place to stay. It has all the amenities you need plus more. The location is great. There is so much room. Tha backyard has a swing set for my grandson. I would absolutely stay here again.

Really nice place in Ft. Collins for a big group
This house really fit our needs for our family trip to Ft. Collins for our son's wedding. We had a couple of snafus that the owner provided a work around for. One thing to note is that this is a split level home and has quite a few stairs. For anyone with mobility issues this could be an issue. We really appreciated the very comfortable beds, and the nice comfortable furniture in the living room. The location is really convenient to the university and downtown as well.

Everything was perfect!
We booked this property with our neighbors, whose freshman daughter goes to CSU this year, to celebrate Homecoming weekend, and we could not have been more pleased. The house is just a few minutes from campus but the space is quiet and exceptionally private. The backyard was an absolute dream and the patio was perfect for cool, morning coffee. The beds are WOW, every single person in our group brought it up the next morning because they were without a doubt the most comfortable beds Ive slept on in an VRBO. Larissa was so understanding when we had a last minute issue with our dog sitter and more accommodating than she had to be. We have already discussed staying there again next year. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home!

Wonderful place to stay!
This VRBO was PERFECT for us. It had everything we needed, the communication with the owner was excellent, the backyard and downstairs game area were awesome, and we had a wonderful time! We had a total of 5 adults and 3 children staying there, and we had plenty of space. I would definitely recommend, and will absolutely stay there again if we come back to the Fort Collins area!!

In the area for a wedding. House is neat, comfortable and has plenty of amenities for the stay. Was hot during our stay and the AC system and ceiling fans kept the house very comfortable. Great walking trails adjacent to the property as well. It has a real coffee maker too!

Great couple of nights near Rocky Mountain NP
This was our first real stop on a big National Park trek. Worked out great! Clean, homey, great deck and yard with a screened fire pit. Big garage access was a plus. Bike/run/walk trail is right behind the fenced yard. Needed minimal contact with owner thru the whole process, but they were immediately available when I messed up our entry code.

Nice Split Level in Beatiful Fort Collins
The property was perfect. It had four seperate bedrooms that were perfect for our family. We had a great place to play games and then there was a nice place to gather and enjoy each other's company. Kitchen was nice and we enjoyed preparing meals. Definitely a place we'd return to.

Great visit to FOCO!
My family and friends had an amazing time at this beautiful house in Fort Collins! I graduated from CSU, and this house was less than 10 minutes from campus. It was a wonderful celebration and such a cozy house. We enjoyed the fire pit at night and loved all of the games for my nephews. This was the perfect stay for our weekend in Colorado. Clean house, fully stocked and in a great location. I would definitely stay here again. Larissa was awesome and super friendly. Great with fast communication. Wonderful Fort Collins Home-Away-from-Home!
We're a retired couple from Redmond, Washington who enjoyed five very comfortable nights at Hanover House while on a month-long road trip. Larissa Hofeling is a superb Premier Host who has equipped her home to be as clean and comfortable as possible for her guests. Her communications were the best and most prompt of any that we've experienced in renting numerous Vrbo properties over the years. Her home is exceptionally well equipped and very roomy with plenty of space for unpacking all the clothing and other items we had in our SUV. Furnishings are all very comfortable and in excellent condition. The oversize washer and dryer and roomy 2-car garage were very much appreciated. Hanover House is centrally located and very convenient for enjoying events on the CSU campus, Old Town, excellent restaurants, city parks, and shopping. This home deserves more than five stars! We've already booked with Larissa for two weeks in 2022.

We had never been to Colorado! And this was the best trip we have had yet. The home is so stunning! The owners are awesome! The make you feel so welcomed. The house has everything you will need! We got to experience the beautiful snow. We made smores on the fire pit! My daughter was proposed to in the beautiful back yard! We will be back for Christmas if it is available again! I just want to thank Larissa and Philip for being so amazing! I highly recommend this property! It is the perfect get away home🥰

My daughter and I stayed at the house with our dog who was undergoing radiation therapy at the near-by Flint Cancer facility. The home served our purpose and was so convenient. The owner left us some goodies - the oatmeal was appreciated as we arrived late and could not do any shopping for breakfast. The thermostats in each room made it possible for both of us to have our own heating comfort level. The neighborhood was quiet and our dog loved watching and chasing squirrels - something we don't have in Utah. Thanks again for a lovely, extended stay.
