Excellent choice for B&B. Clean updated rooms and facilities in a 1904 structure. Great communication and customer service. Easy walk to shops and dining on College Ave. Highly recommend.

Charming Historical Inn, walk to to old town

This is a charming, historical inn located within walking distance of old town Ft Collins. The Inn is spotless, nice and clean. Breakfast is included and was delicious. Staff is friendly and courteous. Our room was missing coffee cups-asked twice verbally and one by text-no coffee cups. Also asked for extra wash cloths - same thing. Oh well...

Staff members were super sweet. Property was a little high priced for the end product. Service was, in some ways above average and in other ways mediocre - the mediocre part was the tech aspect of their customer service/check in process. It lacked humanity and was not easy to achieve support.

This is one of our favorite quaint bed-and-breakfast in the world. The fuller suite is amazing. The Manor House rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is always superb. As locals we frequently come to have a little getaway at the Edwards house walkable to old town great restaurants, and a beautiful quiet location!

This was such a great stay! We stayed 2 nights in Aunty Stone room and it was so wonderful! Downstairs included a do it yourself coffee and tea bar and sodas! Fantastic! The breakfast each morning was wonderful and the staff super nice! Very close to all the shopping and restaurants! Stay here! You will not regret it!

Beautifully restored and so comfortable!

We had a lovely overnight stay here—the staff was welcoming and friendly and the house was historically elegant, but with some modern touches. The breakfast was lovely and it was just a short and easy walk to shops and restaurants. If we come back to Ft Collins we will absolutely stay here again!

No heat in our room the first night except for the fireplace. Soap and shampoo were too highly scented and caused itchiness. Breakfasts were great - excellent food and service. Nicely decorated in the recent renovation. Convenient to Lincoln Center and Old Town. One window in our room was blocked off, so very little natural light.
