Great Stay for Bike Race

I almost hate to say how great this house was!

Perfect for our spring break trip from Indiana. Tons of wildlife, close to CSU, gorgeous walking trails. Our daughter attends CSU and we will be renting whenever we come back to visit. Perfect location and great hosts.

Beautiful home in the heart of Horsetooth.

Great home with everything you need. House was nicely stocked with more "necessities" than needed. Easy check-in/check-out. Easy commute to anything you need. Great floor plan and outdoor areas. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Property! Just Book It.

This property is 5 stars and more. It is simply beautiful and well cared for. Spotlessly clean (even the garage was spotless) and I am a neat freak. We had everything we needed and more. Beds are super comfy and the backyard is a private dream getaway! Just book this house as it is amazing.

Beautiful home with beautiful views.

The house is top notch with easy access to trails and the marina. The house included all the essentials such as plenty of towels, kitchen cookware, clean comfy beds with nice linens. We saw several deer in the backyard as well as rabbits and really enjoyed the peaceful area.

Just a getaway

My daughter and I went for just a few days. The house did not disappoint. It was beautifully decorated and we really enjoyed it. There is a wrap around deck half of the house. I would stay there again.

Horsetooth Resevoir

House was very well staged, only problem was they were food remnants in the dining area, with ants, also the deck area needs the bushes trimmed back from the seating area. The house is very nice

Fort Collin’s Mountains

There are 3 things I look for in a vacation home experience: Comfortable beds, Access to coffee, and cleanliness. This adorable lake house checked all 3 of those boxes. The house is updated with a chip & Johanna touch, the kitchen is fully stocked with all your needs ( including a kuerig, coffee maker & French press), loved all the outdoor seating and large windows for views & natural light. We were a family of four staying here for an entire month during the holidays. The property manager Alyssa was extremely easy to get in touch with. Upon arrival she had placed a small Christmas tree for our family which I thought was very thoughtful. The kitchen had a handful of snacks and drink offerings which my kids loved. Again, I’m huge fan of comfort and relaxation, all the bathrooms came with cozy white robes. The neighborhood is very quiet and kind. Lots of wild animals (elk,deer,wild turkeys, bobcats). There is a trailer home community at the end of the hill, a small little store along with a bar ( it’s kicking on the weekends) but again every one was kind and quiet. You are close to the lake, hiking trails and about a 18 min drive to central Fort Collins. We enjoyed our time in this home and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. Have a glass of wine and enjoy a weekend in the mountains. Thanks for the hospitality, Alyssa !

Beautiful home!

We were here visiting from Wisconsin to spend some time with a couple who are like parents to us. We had good food put a puzzle together and just caught up on life. It was a perfect time!

Birthday trip

Beautiful home! Had some deer and turkey visitors which was fun. This home is quiet and secluded with everything you need and a quick drive into Fort Collins. Very relaxing and comfortable vibe.
