Room was good up until I opened the windows and there was no window but at the top. Felt claustrophobic. I will never stay here. The parking is racket. We tried to pay for the parking the night we got there and it wouldn’t work. So we got slapped with a $60 fine. Seems insane. Then my son got a ticket. total of $120. Never will stay here again.

This is an older property and showing its age. One elevator was out of service (the same one that was broken last year). The internet was very intermittent. The tiles in the bathroom were warped by the sink. Despite this, the staff was great as is the location.

The place is beautiful. The staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom spotless. One of the elevators was out of order. You have to pay for parking. The ice machine on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors did not work.

Ridiculous to have to pay for parking as well as internet. Whats worse is the parking fee is reoccurring until you cancel it. Horrible system and will not stay at this property again and will avoid Hilton propeties as much as possible

Perfect for our campus Tour. Very walkable if you choose to not drive on campus. Great spot for parent weekend or homecoming for sure. The atrium was not expected. Very nice inside and sit down breakfast was available, a coffee shop and hair salon on the premises as well.

The rooms were good, the location is very good. Overnight parking is run by a 3rd party company. If guests discuss, inquire, or dispute parking related matters with Hilton staff, then guests are informed to contact the third party for a resolution. There is a fee for parking if you fail to notify the third party, and any vehicle may be towed. The entire hotel wreaks of marijuana from the corridor near all the way up the elevator. We could smell the stench of it in our room upon checkin, and also through the walls surrounding us. My wife and I do not smoke, nor was there any smoking of any kind in our guest room, but we were charged a smoking fee. There are many other items I could list here about our unpleasant stay including housekeeping’s schedule, the bedding/pillows, stained shower, torn out wall plugs, etc.

They overbooked and had us drive to another Hilton owned hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. It was obvious they were overwhelmed. We were given keys to a room we did not reserve but we were happy to have enough beds for our party size. When we entered the room, there were belongings already inside. That’s when we went back to check in and were told they were overbooked and we would be “walked” to another property. We drove 3 miles plus to that property. It took the nice and helpful check in staff member 20 minutes or so to get us checked in. He had never done this type of transaction on the night shift. Room was accommodating and we were finally in bed at midnight.

Service was very slow at the restaurant. It took 20 minutes for our drink order to be taken, and another 40 for our breakfast (bagel, fruit cup, egg, pancake). We also had someone try to get into our room at 4:22am our first night. That ruined our trip and left us rattled. It was definitely taken care of, and so I appreciate that.
