Our family just spent 3 1/2 days at 851 Baum #D rental in Fort Collins, CO. We had a great visit in a very lovely town home. The locations is very convenient to "Old Town" which has some of the best shopping and restaurants. It also is a short distance to Colorado State University. The town home is in an up and coming location of beautiful town homes and apartments. It is very accessible to many major streets in Fort Collins. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. We had no problem parking in front of the town home, even though a 2-car garage is available to use. The owners have gone out of their way to make this town home very homey. This 3-bedroom town home is decorated very nicely. The owners put a lot of time and thought into every room. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space in each room. Every room had its own TV which was great towards the end of the evening. Justin was very easy to work with. We had no problems or issues.
If looking for a place to stay, make sure his one is at the top of your list for vacation get together. Scrap-booking girls, this would be ideal for the weekend get away. the island is huge for spreading out your stuff and working. Brides, this would be a great place to host a bridal party weekend. Also, a short drive is Horsetooth Reservoir, located the foothills west of town. This too is a beautiful drive with spectacular views.
