Place was not clean, room smell , I actually had to go to the desk for them to come spray the room. Ceiling was a mess. Terrible experience, unfortunately it was a very last meeting booking . Do not recommend mostly if you’re with kids.

Checkin was somewhat lengthy and should have had more help. Got off elevator to go to room and hallways were disgusting. Filthy carpets and damaged walls. Upon entering room the atmosphere was very similar..personal items left behind and used soap in shower..building should be torn down. Pinesol is just lipstick and rouge. Please do better!!

Room was very dirty. Used q tips, bandages, and other trash behind and under furniture. Multiple lights didn’t work in the room, mini fridge had mold, and sheets were torn on the beds.

For the brand of Wyndham the property is in dire need of work. The elevator has you panicking that you dont get stuck. We had to request soap and shampoo none left in our room. Breakfast was horrible, no fruit or yogurts as suggested in pictures you were left with the options of toast or bagels and you did have eggs no bacon or sausage. I understand that with this economy prices on food have gone up significantly, but with the hotel price you could have afforded one option of the other!

The bathroom fan it was Loud and it had a hole in the ceiling. The bathroom, toilet paper holder was broke. The elevator ran slow and sound, like it was gonna fall apart. They put me in another room and it was the same thing. It was a hole in the wall that holds the toilet paper. I was there for three nights, and I have not seen the cleaning Cleaning person to make my bed Cleaning my room and giving me fresh towels. I noticed at the front desk. There was a couple other guests complaining about their room. Thank you.

It was a great stay! The pool wasn’t as clean as we expected (someone pooped in it and there were leaves left in), but the staff were quick to take care of it when we mentioned a mess left in there. Front desk ladies were lovely! Elevator was a bit scary, we chose the stairs every time after a power outage lasted for about 2 hours. We booked a suite and one of the lights flickered, but the room was quite clean! What you can expect for the price. Would recommend if you’re not expecting a 5 star stay.

When we first got there on Saturday night around 9:00 p.m. the room was damp and had a stench. We had to leave the door open and the air going to make it better. While walking around the room without shoes on,it felt like there were crumbs or ? On the carpet. I used 2 pieces of tissue(Kleenex ) and the box was empty. I had to go ask for more and that was about 10 mins after we arrived. We assumed the room would be cleaned the next day as we had to leave early for the Panther game. Upon returning Sunday night. The room was not touched all towels and everything that was used still in the same place. Each day we had to keep reprogramming our key card as it would not work.everyday. Monday we left early again for the day to FTa.Lauderdale beach only to come back at 7 pm into the same situation with no new clean towels or garbages emptied. Tuesday we finally had to ask them to clean the room. We waiting most of the day, they finally came in about 2:30 pm and just sprayed something on the carpet. No vacuuming. We went out to the pool to wait and have a swim but that was even more of a disaster. Every chair was broken , missing straps, holes in the metal. The pool was disgusting, it had not been cleaned the whole time we were there as the same branches and garbage that were inthe pool on Sunday morning were-stil in it. I will attach photos if possible when I finish. There was not enough water in the pool to circulate as it was about 6 inches too low.

I loved watching the ducks swim late hours and admiring the water fountain as a family and I didn’t like the condition of certain paint and cleanliness conditions espically in the room and most especially lack of security because a gentleman came in argue with one of the front desk agent and basically if it was to get ugly security wasn’t there to help her!

The first night I got a smell of marijuana under the door ( I told the girls at the front desk, they informed us that they had received several complaints, they were very kind and had given a solution to the issue). The room smelled like a dog, the mattress on the sofa bed is old, broken and stained. The bathroom door handle didn't work. My daughter found an insect or something between the sheets. The staff was always friendly and apologized for the discomfort.
