Great location and great property

I travelled with my "kids" and their friends who wanted a laid back spring break getaway to somewhere warm. (3 boys/3 girls late teens early 20's travelling with their 40 year old mom) The location is outstanding as there is so much within walking distance either on US1 or through the neighborhood to cut over to the beach. The house was prefect for what we needed - the pool table and pool were used often. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach or to hang in the yard. I had to work remotely during our stay and I hosted multiple Zoom/Teams calls and the wifi was great. My only call out to future visitors is the one shower in the hallway took a little bit to figure out how to get the hot water stream going. There is a sweet spot that does take a bit to find since it's an older setup with multiple faucets that are not labelled. But that is literally the only somewhat negative thing I'd have to say about the property. Everything else was 5-stars! We had a great, low key getaway! Will definitely return.

Family Reunion Weekend

Our stay at this Deerfield property was perfect for family and friends that were in town for my daughter's baby shower. The place was in a great location close to the beach in Deerfield and also to downtown Boca. There was a great backyard pool area. That had a very nice covered deck for anyone that did not want to be in the sun with plenty of outdoor seating. It worked out great for a BBQ on Sunday afternoon . Kelly the host was very quick to get back to me with any questions and was very helpful to meet our needs. I highly recommend!
