6 Day Beach Vacation

I stayed at this property with two friends for a 6 day beach vacation. The management company was very attentive and one of the best I’ve dealt with. The property itself was mediocre at best. The beds in the second bedroom were foam mats as well as the pull out in the living room. Sleeping on these for 5 nights basically ruined any relaxation I was looking forward to on this trip. A real mattress would go a long way. All rooms could use a fresh coat of paint. There was sand basically everywhere on the floor from the moment we walked in which I guess is the be expected from a beach vacation. We were not provided with any cleaning supplies or a vacuum to rectify this ourselves. I had to purchase cleaning supplies at the corner store. The rooftop pool was very nice and the food was great. We did not find ourselves actually using the pool because the two times we did it was family fun land. Packed with people and tons of children. I don’t think this is the resort for an adult vacation. The beach is absolutely perfect and you are allowed two free sun loungers a day. I think this was the best part of the trip. The location is superb, just steps away from the boardwalk and bars and dining. This was the saving grace of this property. There is basically no view from the room which is acceptable because it is so close to the beach and the rooftop bar also offers amazing views. All in all, the stay was mediocre but worked.

Condo Stay… We enjoyed our family vacation stay at the condo. It was a great location. Great fun.

Our family enjoyed the stay at this location. It was fun for the boys. We enjoyed the roof top pool. The boardwalk and beach good time. We would recommend this condo . We’ll stay again.

Our family had a wonderful time and our stay at this property exceeded all our expectations! Everything about this unit is warm and welcoming. Amazing location, just steps away from the beach. We enjoyed the pool rooftop. Thoroughly enjoyed this stay. Great company, great house and great experience. Thank you for hosting us.

Better than average

Pool is gorgeous. Great location on boardwalk/beach. Condo had 6 bath towels, two washcloths, and one hand towel. Kitchen equipment was sparse: 3 saucepans, very limited silverware, no fry pan, or other cookware for oven. No dish towels or oven mitts so If u don’t plan on cooking it’s fine. You are given one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels and the smallest containers of toiletries, one garbage bag- don’t bother to ask front desk for anything. Just be prepared to shop for everything you need. A few more blankets/pillows would be helpful. There was no beach towels available at pool, and pool bar/restaurant was closed all week.

The apartment was very clean and very close to the broadwalk. The owner responded very quick when we needed assistant. Our family had a great time at this place. Would definitely stay here again and would recommended to any of our friends and family.

Guest relations sere non existent

While the location of the property was very good, once after you check in, you are on your own. There was little to no communication with our host. If you needed additional clean linen you were told that this is not a hotel. We were forced to purchase toilet paper and paper towels. The room A/c was properly functioning. Lastly, Two of our flights were canceled and the host refused to accommodate us with removal of charges. We arrived a day after our scheduled check in.
