WE ARE DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH!! STEPS TO THE OCEAN! A FULL KITCHEN , HEATED POOL STEPS DOWN TO THE BEACH, FREE PARKING IN FRONT, ELEVATOR! Our pictures are current.

CHECKIN TIME 4PM CHECKOUT TIME by 11 Am
We are Located at 3401 N.E. 10th St. Pompano Beach 33062 . We are sorry, but we do not accept pets. This condo is a 1 bedroom 400 sq. ft with a full kitchen. It sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 small children comfortably. though this complex is right on the beach and 10 steps from the pool that steps down to our private beach area from the Elevator this room does not have a full on view of the ocean.It is in the west end of our 4 story building. There are only three units on each floor.
It has a queen size bed with a very nice Serta memory foam mattress & a full size futon/sofa bed in the living room. All linens provided. There is a tv in the bedroom & a tv in the living room with separate cable boxes. We have wifi too!
The condo has a blender, toaster, coffeemaker, iron/board, hair dryer, and beach towels,
A beach themed, Very clean & well kept condo WITH EVERYTHING you need for a perfect stay at the beach! You must be at least 25 years old to rent this condo. WE DO NOT RENT TO SPRING BREAKERS. Pictures of this condo are exactly as it appears!
This unit is on the 2nd floor. We do have an elevator. Each condo has a Free parking space in front of the building too!
The pool is heated and steps down to the beach where there is a great picnic area with 2 grills, tables, loungers, umbrella, and chairs. There is also a laundry room located on your floor. We supply laundry detergent.
Once you stay at Atlantic Terrace, we know you will want to come back again! We have so many guests who come back every year.
All condo units are non smoking. Each condo has 1 parking space next to building, we are sorry, but there are no additional parking space for visitors. For the comfort of all of our guests, Atlantic Terrace DOES NOT allow parties or visitor gatherings at our pool & private beach area. These areas are for our guests staying only.
There is a 4 person maximum to this unit per Pompano Beach Fire code.

Broken elevator, washer machine took money and didnt work, worst, most uncomfortable chair couch and mostly bed. Moldy smell when we got there you could tell it had been empty for a while. When we first ran the kitchen water it was dark brown It was clean and proximity to beach was great, but i would not return. And the rooms are tiny, the pics are deceiving. No outdoor balcony space

Nice beach getaway
Overall a nice, slightly dated but clean efficiency apt. and priced accordingly. Only issue is there was no bath soap that we could find. The reason for 4 stars on accuracy of listing is the photo that shows 2 chairs on what looks like a small balcony are actually outside the front door off the hallway.

Little hideaway between high rise buildings!!!
The condo was good for a short visit and had almost everything that you need. Parking was a plus as was the pool and being near the beach. We loved being near pompano beach family pier with good restaurants, drinks, treats and shopping. Terri was responsive to our concerns about the construction and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible with all that going on.

The place was small, but just enough for two people and had just enough for everything you needed. Very clean right on the beach. Had a nice saltwater pool. Would definitely go back there again. Location close enough to everything.

Great little property steps from Pompano Beach
Happy to find this place right on beach. Great location.Many close places to eat and shop both directions. Room comfy and decently equipped. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Owner Terri very responsive and flexible.

Location location location
Great location right on the beach. Small but functional condo. Comfortable for a short stay. There is a large condo going up next store so there is some noise and dust from construction but it could not be heard from the beach (but was most definitely heard at the pool). Appreciated the beach and water toys available for my daughter. Location to the beach can't be beat and was an easy 20 minute walk in any direction to reach great parks if you're travelling with kids.

Tiny hold-out among high rises
This was a great little condo for a long weekend. Building is located on the beach, nice clean pool and private beach area. The mattress is very soft and has to be up against a wall on one side because the bedroom is so small. Also the construction next door was quite loud, especially early Friday morning.

Great for beach stay
We stayed for a long weejend. My 3 teenage boys enjoyed the pool and the location on the beach.
Wifi was good and condo was clean. We had a quick response from the property manager when needed. Overall a convenient location and good stay.
