Very Disappointed with accomodations

Below is the message I sent on Friday to Property Management company with no response. Also, sent along accompanying photos of rental property condition as a reference. I am contacting you to state my dissatisfaction with the poor condition of the room that we rented 806B. None of the pictures that are advertised pictures of this room indicates the poor condition. Consequently my stay here have not been pleasant. Please see the attached images as a reference.

When we first arrived close to midnight, our room door was propped open by the safety lock. We could not get in touch with anyone from the property management company and you cannot locate a direct phone number for the front desk. One washcloth and 3 towels were provided for 2 guests on a 4 night/5 day stay with no towel exchange to be provided per the property management. No extra toilet paper was provided either. We were unaware of this prior to arrival. The front desk can only help with building issues as this is a privately owned place and everything else has to go through the property management company... which cannot be reached 24/7. The A/C was not working properly the entire stay ranging between 73-76 degrees. The location was great with a 1 min ride on a shuttle to the beach. The balcony is very large with a beautiful view of the waterway. The pool was nice to sit and watch the boats pass by but they make you completely leave the area at 6pm sharp. Parking initially on site is very confusing as there are not any instructions once you enter the garage. Elevators can take a long time as the facility staff also use the same elevators. If I were to stay here again, I would not go through a property management company.

A list of our horrible stay: Bloody stained sheets Dirty carpet stains Dirty bathroom Basic basic basic Horrible dirty outside patio area Vallets phone never worked Front desk wouldn’t answer multiple times Phone had no directory Front desk couldn’t speak English Horrible customer service in general Restaurant closing early Confusing hidden fees Vallet didn’t speak one word of English Pretty much a low level hotel with decent location No maid service even for extended nights Had to wash our own sheets Left 2 days early and forfeited our money

The location is the best part

Good enough room. Huge building with very very slow elevators. Pool is good and clean. Staff is very helpful. We needed some service the the room and no one came that day. You cannot contact the front desk with room problems since you are staying through a private owner. The walk to the beach is 6 min and the beach was perfect. Small, quiet, one restaurant, one bar, public bathroom. It was a wonderful beach.

hard on your patience

Friendly staff, location and shuttle to the beach are the good points. Room ok but not really comfortable for four people for an extended stay. However, elevators are a big issue. There are only two to serve a huge building and no service elevators which means that groceries, luggage and shopping go in with you at all times not to mention the cleaning staff with all their equipment. We stayed for 14 nights and the surprise was when the elevator came in less than 5 minutes. Usually it would take us 10 minutes average to take the elevator. So, unless you’re a very patient person, or don't mind using the stairs, this is not the place for you. Another issue is the valet parking which is mandatory and because of the amount of people coming and going it turns to be a big hassle on the driveway. The garage is an excelent space and if we could park ourselves it would make a big difference on our level of patience but unfortunately it is mandatory to use the valet parking.
