everything was great, very comfortable stay no disturbance complaints from neighbors just a free lively stay. only problems was there was only one trash bag and kinda wish we had access to the laundry room, but only those minor things nothing serious

Clean home, beds are comfy. Sofa needs repair. There was wood in the sofa so you couldn't sit in bigger side of the sofa. The home is listed to have a laundry room but its 75 extra to use it. The cube desk in the second bedroom is very fragile. We did not use it. For the most part it was a comfy stay and it's close to everything necessary for food, gas, laundromat within all within a half mile distance.

The perfect spot for a relaxing stay. It’s warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The space is clean, well-equipped, and feels like a home away from home.

Awesome 2bed 1 bath duplex

The house was clean and ready for use, the kitchen was stocked with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all essential appliances and pots with utensils and plates. The bedrooms were a nice size, clean and not cramped like some places, large bathroom too. The ac was amazing no issues at all, and there is even a sitting section outside if you just wanna chill or smoke/vape. The neighbors were friendly and great. Rich was great from the get go, assisted when i needed help with the wifi in a timely manner. Everything was great we were close to all the hot spots , hard rock, downtown Hollywood, Hollywood Beach, this place was amazing!! I would have loved to give it Would definitely recommend and will be booking on my next trip to Florida.

Close to Hard Rock

Great size rental at very good price. Clean and basically equipped. Older home, but close drive to stores and Hard Rock if thats your purpose. A bit of drive to beach or Boardwalk depending on traffic, probablyabout 20 min. Situated in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay again.

Hollywood Stay

Property was well maintained, other than bedroom doorknob lock. Very, very clean, and communication with Ritch, our host was excellent. The neighborhood is nice and is quiet. Easy to get to all parts of South Florida.
