This is a fully renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment and you will be able to use all the amenities of the house below. The community is comfortable and home to a peaceful place on the water's edge.
- Parking spaces are for regular vehicles and 1 per unit.
- Water dock access for paddle boats and kayaks only.
- The unit has surveillance cameras that send audio and video from the entire external area of the community (outside) for the safety of guests and employees.

Our room has a double bed, and a twin bed and you can make additional sleeping arrangements:
- sofa bed
- Patio, garden and laundry area may be shared among guests if other units are also rented.
All our mattresses, pillows, towels and sheets are of good quality. We protect all of our mattresses, pillows and comforters with 100% hypoallergenic, bed bug-proof and waterproof covers. And we also use premium organic detergent, safe white and color bleach and fabric softener on all of our sheets.
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are a modern, calm, ethical and respectful couple in the hotel and real estate industry and we always do our best to make your stay the most pleasant.
