The worst experience ever , the general manager her name Ingrid was so rude and angry all the time ! We arrived to the hotel @ 1:30 pm after long trip she insisted to check us in @ 3:00 or we have to pay extra $20.00 !! The room was so below average the fridge was dirty safe box was locked out Never again

Unclean room, hairs in the bed, sticky substance on the bedside table, two condom wrappers on the floor, dirt on counters and floor. Just overall unclean. Crazy. and apparently can’t get any money back from the hotel because it’s through Expedia. But Expedia says is up to the hotel and they won’t allow refunds. So which one is it? Just overall ridiculous
