Another Great Stay

Headed back to Lauderdale to visit my mom with my daughter. We picked this property because we have previously had an excellent experience. This stay did not prove wrong. I will add a recommended restaurant, Milk Money, which is about 5 minutes away. Been there several times each stay. Fantastic food and service! FYI. There are some friendly and beautiful birds around

Great Stay for a Couple Weeks

This property is was clean and well-stocked with the comforts of a home-away-from-home. Mornings in the backyard with coffee were great and evenings grilling dinner were fun. Would recommend this stay to other small groups who are looking to spend a week or two at a house with just about everything. Thanks for making it a great stay!

Comfortable Bungalow

We had a very good time at this property. While it is not close to the ocean, it is very conveniently located and was less expensive than ocean property. Very centrally located with nearby stores and restaurants. Comfortable furniture and beds. Great backyard deck with nice speaker system and a new grill. The property host, Alex, was tremendous. We had a couple of repair issues early on and he addressed them very quickly. His maintenance team is tremendous. My wife and I would recommend it to others.. The neighborhood peacocks were a surprise bonus.
