On a positive note, the location is great, the staff is great, the rooms are great. But, if you book the studio suite, they all face (and are very close to) the train tracks. Trains come fairly often, are noisy and so, don't book this hotel/room if you don't have a great noise machine or expect sleep.

Amazing property and stay. Excellent and friendly staff while physically at the property. My only critiques are: 1) the $40 per night parking; 2) no one answered my phone calls the two times I called to inquire about parking; and 3) the train was loud. The room and location outweighed the critiques by a mile.

Wow, what a gem of a room! The view is absolutely STUNNING - the sunset over the city skyline and the marine took my breath away 😍. The room itself is immaculately clean and cozy, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud 💤, and the decor is modern and chic. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with a view. Five stars isn't enough!

Really need to control the relationship with dog owners. The place is gross with the smell of dog urine everywhere. I do thank you for relocating to a room that did not smell like dog urine.

The hotel itself had good amenities, gym, pool Game Center. The room could have done with a proper table to eat at and work at. Although there is a work space in the building, I would have liked the ability to sit at a table or desk in the room to work.

I was hesitant to book this hotel because of some of the reviews, but I’m so glad I didn’t listen. I went on a solo trip to Florida, and this was the perfect place to stay it honestly felt like I had my own apartment on vacay . The property is beautiful, with so much to do, and I especially loved the pool. The location is perfectI was able to walk everywhere bars, restaurants, and stores. Although the train tracks are right outside the hotel, they were never too loud for me, and I slept like a baby every night. The reviews definitely exaggerated the noise.

The place smell cigarette intensely, the linen was used because it had stains they just iron it and they left it there from the before customers, after that the place is fantastic in averigual condition i love the interiorizar thank you for every I had a really nice time with a really nice view

This is 4-5 Star hotel, BUT we waited over an hour in line to check in. Not sure why check in took so long… no explanation given. Plus one of the elevators was down. The rooms are are slightly above average, but nice!

Flow Hotel never disappoints. Another fantastic stay from start to finish. The rooms are modern and spotless, the staff is always friendly and attentive, and the whole vibe is relaxed and welcoming. Every time I’m here it feels effortless and consistent. Highly recommend.
