Once a month a gardening company will enter the backyard to cut the trees and collect dry leaves.



* If something breaks down or doesn't work during your stay, maintenance comes to the unit and fixes it within 24 hours.



If you are staying with us on the days of garbage removal, please place the garbage container outside as provided on the "garbage table" placed inside the house.



We understand that your plans might change, requiring a late check-out or even an extension of your stay. Please be advised that the late check-out is subject to availability, and provided with a fee of $100 for 12 PM or $130 for 2 PM checkout. *Please let us know in chat as soon as possible.

The host was very responsive, also very generous! The Home was exactly as described and very spacious! Would definitely try and get this house again if we were in the Fort Lauderdale area.
