Great Stay!

Super easy check in and check out process! Great communication with the owner!! Wish there was a heavier lock on the doors leading to the outside but it is gated which made us feel better :)

Rude host!

Code for the door didn’t work, and apparently it’s the guest responsibility to figure it out why it doesn’t work, tried contacting host several times with no answer and when he finally did he said that he has 1 hour to respond to me. Customer service was useless. Waited for 2 hour for an answer and never got it. He texted me the next day to tell me to take it easy, never apologized, I guess it’s fine to wait outside for a place on Christmas eve.
