Safe, clean, spacious and well located. 6 min drive to Dania beach! 6-8 min drive to Fort Lauderdale airport. 10 min drive to Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale. Thank you Ben for being very responsive!

Overall great!
This listing is exactly as is. The host generously stocked the unit with toiletries, etc for a more pleasant 1 month stay. Super close to the airport (but I never heard a flyover), the beach, a casino down the street, and downtown ft. Lauderdale is mi uses away by car.

This property was very clean and close to the airport. Was very convenient to grocery stores, and beaches. Was pleasantly surprised that there was coffee and filters and beach towels and chairs to bring to the beach.

Another great stay.
Third time I've stayed at this property. Ben keeps his units very clean and adds updates to them as well. An excellent location priced very reasonably and located close to stores, banks, and most importantly a two minute ride to the beach!! I'll be back.

The property was just as pictured. Very clean and well supplied with everything we needed. It was nice touch having chairs and towels for the beach.

Great location and price. Walking distance to shops. Two minute drive to the coast and beaches.
A fine establishment. Clean and well stocked for an enjoyable stay. I recommend this site and will hopefully be back for a fourth visit next March.

About 6 minutes from the beach.
Clean, had everything needed in kitchen except for can opener. Great to spend winter time in a warm spring or summer like environment. Bed was comfortable. No pool, but I came to spend days at the beach. Liked the big screen tv at night.

We had a great stay. The place was very clean and the owner was readily accessible by text. Good internet, large smart TV, a couple of lawn chairs, beach towels, all kitchen necessities, pay laundry machines if needed, easy parking, friendly neighbors. Would recommend.

Perfect little getaway place!
This place was perfect since it was close to everything! The place was clean, centric, and had everything we needed. The place also provided items we didn’t bring during our travels, such as the beach/lawn chairs, beach towels, hairdryer, and cleaning supplies.

HIGHLIGHTS: . New housewares . Very clean . Responsive owner . Great location . Huge TV (with Cable channels) OPPORTUNITIES: . Washer/Dryer was coin-operated, and located on the outside of the building complex at the opposite end from the unit. . The unit is a Studio, not a 1-bedroom. . Minimally appointed, e.g. missing things like a hair dryer, ice cube tray, drain board, bath tub stopper, bath tub skid mat, plastic wrap, hangers with clips, interior door mat. . Internet signal is somewhat weak. If a washer/dryer were not crucial, we would def stay here again.

Stayed i 2 dif. rooms. Both ok except in 1st AC very loud. In 2nd the were some roaches.
Overall good. Ben was very accessibe and straightforward. Location good. Casino, supermarket and dollar store nearby. Safe area.

Pleasant Stay at Dania Beach
We enjoyed our stay at the this facility. Ben the manager was super. Provided us all that we need. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We would not hesitate in staying there again should the occasion arise. Maybe restaurants in the area that were very good and only a short distance away. Thank you Ben. Nice place nice job!
