Great Host!

Rented apt1 for 8 days and it was terrific. The private back yard with grill made it feel like home. matthews attention to detail is seen throughout the place. Everything you need is there! Proximity to the publix on sunrise was a huge bonus. Easy access to 95 and the beaches.

Great Stay

My husband and I just spent 2 months in Mathews apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Mathew is a great host and was very responsive to any questions we had along the way. Having a Publix and Walgreens within walking distance was great. Thank you Mathew!

Comfortable and family friendly stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable, the property manager reacted immediately on questions or requests. Place was well equiped, central located and family friendly.

Nice accommodations and location!!

Place was very cute and suited our needs being within walking distance of stores and places to eat as well as a pharmacy! Being away with a two year old can be a challenge but this place has a fenced in area outside that had chairs and a table and plenty of area for her to use up her energy!! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!
