Stay Away - Not worth it!
Yeah, the back yard and pool is nice but the host is not local (Europe) and very unreasonable to deal with. All he cares about is making money and not keeping the property well maintained.
There was mold in the coffee pot. Mold in the bathroom. Nails sticking out of the floor. Sand in the bed sheets. The kitchen, living area and sun room were very unorganized. The dishwasher was still full of dishes. Not enough towels. Don't even go in the garage, its a disaster, you cant hardly walk through the garage to get to the washing machine and dryer without tripping over something, its just filled with garbage everywhere. When we tried to use the washing machine it wouldn't drain. I tried contacting the owner to get it fixed, it was never fixed while we were there so we had to go to a laundromat ( the last thing I wanted to do on vacation) but ultimately it was never fixed and he blamed the malfunction on us. We only tried to use the washer one time and it didn't work. He ended up charging us an extra 400 to fix the washing machine because of a broken lid lock. We did nothing wrong, all we did was put some towels in and close the lid, but he insists we damaged it. What a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place and owner. Not worth it at all. One more thing, I contacted VRBO to file a dispute and they were no help at all, they don't care about their customers either. Just stay at a hotel. None of these people understand anything about customer service, Money is all they care about.
