Family Vacation

This property is perfect for families! From the decor for the kids rooms, heated pool, fire pit and kayak station outside, it’s a perfect location for a family getaway. The host agency is very responsive and attentive to the needs of the guests. Thank you for all the accommodations!

Peaceful Oasis

From the moment I pulled into the u driveway it was everything the pictures showed. Neighborhood was very quiet peaceful backyard beautiful dock with wildlife all around. The pool was so much fun also enjoyed the fire pit and cornhole game we lounge in the backyard taking on sun going fishing and enjoying the surrounding area. My fur babies lounged around the pool enjoying the sun watching us play 100% come back again.

Fort Lauderdale home on canal

Updated home, well maintained pool and yard. The property was located in a busy area of Fort Lauderdale with heavy traffic, pawn and vape shops and many homeless individuals in the area. Although the property itself is on a quiet street this is not an area that would entertain walking/running/biking or other outdoor activities off the property due to safety concerns and lack of green space. The property manager’s communication was average, with me having to send several messages without a reply. It’s an approximate 15 minute drive to get to the beach. Parking at the beach can be a problem, so plan to go early. The house was missing several essentials including dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, paper towel, dish drying rack, laundry basket and working fans. The kayaks were not well maintained/dirty but useable.

Spring Break Family Getaway

Our vacation week at Citrus Waterway was our best family vacation to date! The property was exactly as listed, and more! This was our first time to the Fort Lauderdale, so we were very unfamiliar with the area. The neighborhood seemed quiet and is located in great proximity to the airport, restaurants, shopping, the beach, etc. The outdoor space at this rental provided our family with endless amounts of entertainment. Our kiddos especially loved swimming in the pool, playing cornhole, and roasting marshmallows over the firepit for s'mores. The house was filled with plenty of essentials and extra accessories as far as linens, toiletries, kitchenware and ustensils... we were not without! Check-in and check-out was seemless and responsiveness from the rental agents was 5-stars. Because of availability, they were even able to accommodate our early check-in and late check-out requests! My family could not recommend this listing enough! We find relaxation in finding vacation rentals where we can unwind and sprawl out and just live for that time and this place checked all the boxes for us. If we decide to visit the area again, this place will be at the top of our list. We thank y'all for the hospitality!

This was a great property. Loved the spacious living room and kitchen and 3 bedrooms. We used the pool daily, which is kept very clean. Enjoyed kayaking on the canal. All the appliances seem new. Highly recommend!
