Great property with wonderful management!
We loved our stay. It was very clean, perfect for large families or like in our case, two families with small children. Screened in porch was fantastic for the baby and a nice way to enjoy the outdoors without being bothered by bugs during the early mornings or in the evenings. The heated pool was a necessity. The property was close to many grocery stores via car. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful clean home

My first impression of the house was that it was newly renovated, well maintained, spacious and clean. There was a washer and dryer that was easy to use. A heated pool, nice outdoor space and comfortable beds. I loved the clean look.
* Cleanliness:
The property was very clean and felt very new. The kitchen was very clean. The bathrooms were all very clean with new appliances of all kinds. The living room was comfortable and spacious and also appeared very clean and new. The couch was very nice and didn’t feel gross at all. The pool was nice and clean.

Exceptional Experience
We recently had the pleasure of staying in an impeccable house that was incredibly convenient for accessing various places. The house was meticulously maintained and exuded a sense of elegance and sophistication. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were in awe of the attention to detail and impeccable condition of the property.

very well maintained property
This property is very well maintained, extremely clean and spacious. We were 10 adults and 1 child and had plenty of space. The pool is clean, and while we stayed it was cleaned twice.
However, the only issue we had was the AC. The last 2 rooms of the house were not getting enough air flow, and were the hottest rooms. We communicated with management and they sent maintenance right away. We followed the suggestions given my the maintenance person but the issue persisted. We had all the vents closed on bathrooms and living/cooking space to try to cool the last two rooms but it did not work. We understand it is hot during the summer times, but still, AC is a must, specially for a local.

The home was beautiful and very clean. It had all the amenities . The location was perfect. Short drive to Hollywood beach and Miami. My family and I would definitely come back . The host was great as well any questions I had, it was answered immediately.

Florida Sunshine
We had a great family vacation, in the warm Florida sun. The rental was just as advertised. It is set up for families with a great swimming pool, a game room, and a ping pong table outside in a screened in porch. The screened in porch is a great addition for family time outside, without worry about mosquitoes.
It’s in a great location with grocery store, fresh seafood market, and other shopping close by. Hollywood beach is 15 minutes away.
