July visit to Hollywood Beach

The property is very central to many of the establishments. Checkin was very easy and is done essentially like an hotel other than the prepayment and having to submit an ID and bank statement of payment. Unfortunately the pool was closed for renovation but the bar was open as well as a lot of seating. We would stay here again.

Location Location!

Family of 6 and we really enjoyed the stay. Location is amazing. You do not need to rent a car as everything is walking distance unless you need large grocery shopping. But even that is a 10 min uber away! Super clean property on a super clean and relaxing beach and roof top pool to enjoy.

Great location

A nice location just steps from the beach and boardwalk. The rooftop pool, hot tub and restaurant are lovely. Great sunsets! The sound track is pretty loud and not my jam, but I'm older. It would be nice if the volume was turned down. It's the usual thing where you can't actually hold a conversation over dinner. Food was good and well-priced. Parking - With tax, valet parking is $44/night. Parking is a big pain, so if you can go without a car I strongly advocate that. There is much within walking distance, including the wonderful Billy's Stone Crabs on the intracoastal waterway side. We couldn't figure out the city parking permit. I think it only allows to you park, you still need to pay - and it's steep. Rooms - the master was comfortable and well equipped. The second bedroom is fine for kids but you can hardly walk around the two twin beds. There are no bedside tables or lights. I hate getting up from bed to turn off the overhead light (switch located outside the room). Water pressure good, beds comfortable. The rooms are devoid of any sort of throw pillows or art. Fairly sterile. Kitchen well-equipped though there is nothing except a small amount of dishwasher detergent. We had to buy pepper and salt, olive oil, etc. No ice trays but there is an ice machine down the hall.
