Perfection
We came down to celebrate our twin daughters birthday in college, and had the best time, the unit had everything you could ever need. We have stayed in 50 plus locations and Pam takes the title of thinking of everything, from beach chairs, to games etc. The location is perfect everything is just outside your door. We will be letting fellow parents know that this is the place to stay to both see your student and relax and enjoy an amazing little piece of Heaven in the middle of a much more crowded and busy South Fla. Pam is first rate and went above and beyond, we will be back a lot over the next 3 years!!!

Deerfield Beach gem
This place is clean, well stocked and in a great location in Deerfield Beach! Everything is within walking distance, and Pam really cares about her guest’s experience. She provided everything needed for people that fly in: umbrella, beach chairs, cooler and beach towels. And the kitchen had many additional perks like coffee, condiments and the like. I highly recommend this place if you want to be stay in lovely Deerfield Beach.

Our piece of paradise
This was our second year visiting with Pam and it did not disappoint! We’re so close to the beach, fine dining and people watching we had no lack of things to do. Her condo, has all the comforts of home with plenty of room throughout, an enclosed patio for grilling or whatever and upstairs outside the master bedroom is a cozy balcony with view of the ocean. Pam has it all here and she’s always just a text away.

Great stay
Pam was a pleasure to deal with. Her unit was immaculate with many nice touches (bowl of candy and bottle of wine), upgrade to master bath, comfortable rooms, nice kitchen which is well stocked, towels, beach chairs and more. The unit is a short walk to beach and restaurants as described and close to boca (mizner park) and delray. The unit is unassuming on the outside but do not let that concern you. Very comfortable for the 4 of us. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Every amenity in a great location!
Despite rainy weather during our week in Deerfield Beach, we truly enjoyed our stay! The rental is very well appointed with everything you need for a beach vacation and beyond. Spacious bedrooms with tons of closet space, newly renovated bathrooms, a kitchen with all the amenities, and a cute back patio. We appreciated the fully stocked soaps, paper products, snacks and even condiments in the fridge! You can’t beat the proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. All within a 5 mins walk! We stayed entertained in stormy weather with the variety of streaming tv channels and board / card games they have for guests. The owner is super responsive and helped us through a couple of minor issues very quickly. Highly recommend!

very "Beachy"
Everything was great, quiet and clean and literally 4minute walk to the beach which I did 3 times a day. Love the "vibe" there. Love the showers and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint because I was cooking was there were no sharp knifes or aa steal to sharpen them, otherwise every thing was thought of and Pam responded when I had questions. If I go back to Deerfield beach, I would definately look at staying again.

Great Location
One of the best homes we have stayed in. The location was great. We loved having the beach chairs/towels/etc to use, so we didn't have to go buy anything. The place was very clean. We absolutely loved the decor!

This humble abode was welcoming, comfortable and relaxing. Pam's place is perfect! Fully equipped with a big bonus beach closet. Anything we forgot Pam provided. We enjoyed ourselves so much we wanted to extend our stay. We will return - Thank you for your southern hospitality.

Home away from home
I can't say enough positive things about this townhome. It was very clean, quiet and well stocked with everything you need (including beach stuff). We totally felt at home and the beach and several restaurants are just a street away. Pam, our hostess, was great, making suggestions for places to go and things to do during our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Place
Pam’s place was a wonderful place to stay…it was like home! It was comfortable, clean and decorated so nicely. There is not a single thing that you would need that Pam did not provide. From coffee, to beach chairs all was provided. The townhouse was well stocked. Also, it is an excellent location. It is a short walk to the beach and the many restaurants. If you did not want to move your car you wouldn’t need to do so with it’s great location. An added bonus is that the neighbors are really friendly. Pam was a great hostess. She was always there for a phone call. She had suggestions for places to go and things to do during our stay. Again, the location was great, the place was outstanding and the hostess is a wonderful lady! Five stars is not enough

Great Property with Attention to Detail
Pam’s home is beautifully decorated and incredibly clean! It is an easy walk to beach and all local attractions. It is well stocked with everything you’d for a day at the beach. Beds are only issue, master is extreme hard and uncomfortable. The only part of our stay we had issue with. Pam is easy to work with and extremely responsive! She strives to make sure your stay is well informed and a home away from home.

Townhouse near the beach
We loved this townhouse steps from The beach and so close to all the restaurants in Deerfield Beach . The house had a warm feeling and was perfect for 2 people ! The owner was extremely helpful and the property was beautifully maintained! I would go back again !!!

Adorable townhouse close to the beach.
This nice townhouse is close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Was able to walk to most places. Easy parking. Nice private patio. Very nicely decorated and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. My husband and I had a relaxing 2 weeks there.

Exceeded our expectations!
We were in Deerfield for a five day visit with my parents and came across this listing and this townhouse was just perfect on so many levels!! First of all, Pam, the owner, was so great to deal with. No question was left unanswered! Secondly, you absolutely can not beat the location of this property. You can basically park your car and walk easily to the beach, Resteraunts , shops, ect. Beach literally two blocks away. All the beach gear you could want provided by owner. Place looks like the pictures and then some. Pam’s place was so clean and comfortable and decorated in a cute, beachy theme. All the necessities provided making it the perfect stay. The master bed super comfy and the unit in a very quiet location making the evenings so relaxing and peaceful. Having the 2 1/2 bathrooms was great! Updated bathrooms were very modern and lovely. Pam Is a wonderful host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return when in the Deerfield area again. Try Amante’s for really good Italian food! Living room TV was a little glitchy, but otherwise an absolutely perfect stay. Thank you Pam! Look forward to next time!!😁

Family visit/Beach fun
This is a great place with absolutely everything you need and more! It’s just steps from the beach, shops, pier, and many great restaurants! It’s extremely clean and has a fab updated beachy decor! Pam was very responsive! Parking was right outside the door. We loved using the beach wagon, chairs, cooler and everything you need at the beach but can’t bring on a plane. Thank you for a great time! We’d love to come back!

This townhome was awesome! It had everything you needed for your stay. It was so clean and decorated so adorable in a beach them. Beds were comfy too. Perfect location. You could walk to so many restaurants and stores. The beach and pier was just a 5 minute walk away. The Deerfield Beach cafe had great food and beautiful views. Definitely telling friends and hoping to return to this townhome again for sure!

What a gem. Very charming townhouse beautifully appointed. Artwork fun and tropical colors everywhere! So thoughtful of our hostess, yummy healthy snacks in a basket, lots of cold water bottles, Movies available on TV….can’t say enough. Pam you’re amazing.

A terrific stay for the second time!
My husband and I wanted to spend a few weeks in Florida and Pam's place was the perfect spot for easy access to the beach, amenities, comfort, privacy, and proximity to family either vacationing Florida or living nearby. We stayed in Pam's townhouse last year for the reasons given above and loved it so much we wanted to return. This place truly has everything you could want or need in a vacation rental including a washer and dryer in the house, which was a huge requirement for us given the length of our stay. We plan to return next year.

Wonderful Stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Pam's townhouse for the month of January 2022. The location is perfect - less than a 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach and plenty of places to eat. We went to the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens in Delray Beach and Butterfly World in Coconut Beach. Definitely a must see. Both are a short drive from Deerfield Beach and so beautiful. There's plenty of golf nearby too! The condo is very comfortable and decorated beautifully. Pam is a wonderful, thoughtful host, and always available, if needed. Hope to return next year!!

Perfect winter break!
Second time staying here. Looking forward to a third! Pam is fantastic to work with. The rental is stocked with everything you could possibly need. It is absolutely spotlessly clean and in the perfect location ever. Walk to the beach in five minutes, walk to the pier, walk to restaurants. Close to Boca and Delray. We loved every minute of our stay. Truly couldn’t be happier with our trip!

Wonderful townhome in perfect location
We really enjoyed our stay in Pam’s home. It is in the perfect location so we could walk to dinner and the beach. Pam was decorated for the holidays and even left my son and I some stockings full of goodies. Pam is easy to work with and the house looks just like it does online. I highly recommend this townhome in Deerfield Beach.

Great location, great home
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The property is perfectly located within walking distance to everything - the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc., but tucked back just enough to be quiet and peaceful. The house is super clean and updated, decorated adorably, and fully stocked with everything you could need and more. The beds are very comfortable. We are looking forward to our return.

My husband and I came down to visit my daughter and cook for a party for her. The condo was perfect! Location is perfect to downtown Deerfield Beach. Condo is very comfortable and you can tell that Pam thinks of everything her guests need to really enjoy themselves. She is a fantastic host!

House is great, 1 minute from the pier and beach
Had a very pleasant stay. No surprises. Kitchen was very well equipped, bedrooms and bathrooms all on the newer side. Outside noise during the weekend from the nearby restaurants and traffic makes sleeping with windows open difficult, but close the windows and you won’t hear a thing…and again, only a concern during the weekend. The only constructive feedback I have for Pam is to get the inside doors ‘planed’ so they can be closed easily and quietly (thick paint prevents them from closing normally). Other than that it was a fantastic stay. Thank you Pam for leaving condiments, water, chocolates, and several other welcome treats!

Great visit to Deerfield Beach
Pam was very helpful, any questions we had were answered speedy. Great location, easy walk to the beach. We came down from New England to visit the grandkids. We loved Flanigan’s - great place to take the grandkids when we wanted to give my son a break.

The townhouse was clean, organized, had everything you need to stay comfortable and relaxed. Walking distance to the beach, stores, restaurants, bars, shops.
