"We moved to The Row after being disappointed with our original hotel booking, and it turned out to be a great choice! Fantastic price for such a central location, right by Times Square. The hotel smells lovely, is very clean and has a cute bar and social area. Check-in and luggage drop-off can be very busy, and we sometimes waited up to 10 minutes for the lifts, but given the location, it’s to be expected. The room was typical NYC size, but worked perfectly well for me and my two teenagers. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Overall, great value for money and we’d happily stay again!"
