“When I booked my NYC trip, I was confident that my stay at Hotel Henri was going to be good based on the photos etc that I saw online. However, I did see some reviews that said things like ‘hotel staff aren’t available for help beyond 10pm etc’ and that made me a bit worried since I was checking in close to midnight. However, I reached out to the hotel via email prior to my trip and was reassured promptly that everything will be in order etc. I appreciated how efficient the communication was……

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”
