"After checking into the room, I discovered that one of the floor lamps wasn’t working. I immediately contacted the front desk and requested a room change. The staff refused, claiming no rooms were available and insisting that "a broken lamp wouldn’t affect my stay"—despite my observation of many vacant rooms. Half of the towels provided by Super 8 were stained with dark, dirty marks. The sink faucet had extremely low water pressure, making it practically unusable, and the drain was clogged, causing very slow drainage. The room included a refrigerator, but its door wouldn’t close properly. Overall, the experience was extremely poor: outdated facilities and a grimy, poorly maintained room."
