「The neighborhood is a very quiet suburban one. Definitely no parties and such when we were there, even on the weekend.The hosts live right above, but you would never know, since they are not intrusive at all, matter of fact we never saw them or their family the entire time. Except for the vehicles on the driveway, you would think you are alone there. No lists of "don't do this" or "do this". The place itself is a bedroom, a bathroom and a foyer that doubles as the kitchenette with the microwave,...

「My wife, 10 month old daughter, and I came on a quick getaway. The place was absolutely amazing. Very well organized & put together. It was in a quiet neighborhood about a 5 minute walk from Prospect business district, which has lots of local food options. It was also 10 minute drive to downtown Longmont, 30 minutes to Boulder, and 50 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. We would highly recommend staying here!」

「The appt was cute. It was loacted in the basement of the residence which I didn't realize when I booked. We checked out on Sat as it was uncomfortable. I messaged the owner but never heard back. Not a bad place at all for people who are comfortable staying in a shared residence.」

「We loved our stay at this private, cozy guesthouse in Lafayette! The location was perfect—just a short walk to great restaurants and shops in Old Town. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, which made it feel like a true retreat. I stayed with a friend; she had the bedroom, and I took the sofa bed, which was surprisingly comfortable! The space is decorated in such a cute and thoughtful way, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would absolutely stay here again!」

「1st VRBO experience. Everything was great except for the very steep stairs up to the carriage house. Not good for the mobility-challenged which we both are. Loved the many windows in the unit and the breezes coming through made sleeping enjoyable. 」

「This was a great spot -- very clean and well-appointed. Easy walk to great restuarants. Close to both Denver and Boulder. Nice owner. Only issue is that internet would be fine and then drop out unexpectedly about 10% of the time. The owner said they have fiber optic connection, so no idea what the issue was, but happened multiple times on Zoom meetings. Would definitely stay again if not working.」

Hosts are lovely- hardly saw them unless they were bringing fresh eggs from the most adorable chickens! Love this place- already booked for next time! 」
