The amount charged was more than what was quoted by Hotels.com. It was very frustrating to work through this issue. The hotel would not budge. The clerk was professional but had no discretion to resolve the issue. The room was satisfactory. I was not able to take advantage of the breakfast bar since it started after I needed to leave.

Good location

Hotel just off the highway. Doesn't have the newest of amenities but it works for a work trip. Fridge, microwave, TV and a working A/C. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.

This was a return visit to the hotel. Its a good value. Comfortable, clean, affordable. I mentioned to the staff they have an amenity many new hotels don't - towel racks in the bathrooms. The breakfast was, um, minimal. What was the pool is now a bar/restaurant. The restaurant food is more snack oriented than dinner, but its tasty.

The hotel was older, but it was very clean. And it was very quiet through the night. The breakfast had waffles so I was very happy! I’m afraid the parking lot was really icy. Even the sidewalks and I heard a couple guests comment on that. Plus the blow dryer in my bathroom didn’t work. Staff were very nice.

Right off the freeway

Staff was great. Room was clean and had amenities that i needed for my stay. The ice machine was down and no pool but I was there for work so has everything i needed.

The staff were very kind! It was quiet and quaint. It looked like they were possibly doing renovations as there was a lot unfinished in the room and the smell wasn't the most pleasant, but nothing too terrible.

Wide awake

The room was very clean and smelled fresh and amazing! Very comfortable bed and amenities nice. The pillows are all the same and very hard and big, couldn’t get comfortable, the mini fridge motor is very loud and once awake couldn’t get back to sleep.
