Our stay - over 30 nights.

Excellent property in a great position. However the property manager was very unhelpful and generally non-responsive. I suggest the owners of this very nice property consider finding better managers.

Excellent stay!

The property is just gorgeous! It is in a great location and an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. It has a nice pool and spa and plenty of room for multiple families/friends!

Ft. Myers Gem!

The house was exactly as pictured, each bedroom with an attached bathroom, we were 9 adults and 3 kids, plenty of room. Close to beach and waking distance to shops. A perfect vacation home, would definitely rent again!

Fabulous stay

The property is absolutely beautiful. The bedrooms are spacious and make for a comfortable stay with each one having its own private bathroom. We lived that there were beach chairs, towels and mats already there and available for us to use. The kitchen was gorgeous, but having a few basic items like foil, salt and pepper would have been helpful.

Winter getaway

We spent a long weekend in Fort Myers Beach to get away from the WI cold winter. The house was great! 5 couples, we all had plenty of private space and room to visit. We ran into some access challenges when we arrived, but the property management was available by phone and helped resolve them in a few minutes. For the price I was surprised we were told to purchase our own additional garbage bags and other items (paper towels, bathroom tissue, etc). Overall though it was a great escape.

Very good location. Short walk to the beach. Everything great. Only suggestion would be better cooking equipment pots pans etc. otherwise awesome. 2 pack and plays, a high chair, plenty of beach equipment including two wagons to get it there and a cooler. Short walk to restaurants. Overall very nice place, you will have a great time there.

Fort Myers with John and Tiff

Our stay in Fort Myers was incredible. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The layout of the home really fit our needs. The pool and outdoor space was perfect. Loved that the beach was right across the street and that we could walk to many restuarants and entertainment. The views out back and out front were beautiful. We plan to come back! It would be nice to have more places to hang towels inside - specifically in the bathrooms. Also, it would be nice to have a bench at the end of the bed or have a chair in each bedroom. More hangers would also be a plus. The house lacks a place to work / desk area. This would be a highly valued upgrade.

A-mazing property

Wonderful stay! The only suggestion I have is to create a better list of the items that are included. The rental agency told us none of the following items would available - porta cribs, high chairs, beach chairs, wagons and coolers. We ended up renting all of them only to find ALL of them and then some in the house when we arrived. A pleasant surprise for sure but it would have been nice to have known beforehand to save a couple hundred dollars.

Amazing experience - can’t wait to go back!

This house exceeded our expectations. It’s beautiful, clean, and very spacious. It was so clean that it didn’t have salt & pepper, but that was remedied quickly with a trip to the store. Property management checked in with an automated email asking how our first night was, and I let them know that it was wonderful but that our large group could use a coffee pot vs the keurigs available (we had purchased coffee and filters prior to arrival)… and boom, that morning a friendly woman showed up with a regular coffee maker. Everyone in our group was delighted with the experience. The pool and hot tub was clean and functioned great. The location is perfect - close to Times Square and the across the street from the beach with super close access. The house even had beach chairs, umbrellas and wagons! Best rental I’ve had!

Could not get elevator service with 80 year old grandmother. She drove back home. Reported outage upon arrival. NO HELP.Wrote manager. Called. No response.Ran out of paper supplies. Can't recommend this company :o

Great location and awesome house!

We stayed with another family , 4 adults 6 kids and had an amazing time! Location is the best, quick walk to the beach. The amenities in the house are great, easy to cook and relax at home or a 7 min walk to restaurants and entertainment. 2 sets of laundry, great for washing clothes and beach/pool towels. Highly recommneded, house was very clean.

Great experience

Lots of amenities, used them all. Wow factor walking into the house, everyone was stunned by the beauty of the house. Across the street from the beach, very easy access. Awesome stay. Had a few glitches, responses were great, fast and resolved everything. Would stay again for sure no questions asked. Has a great family reunion
