The house was beautiful. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation. There is also a shed by the pool with beach chairs, coolers, sand toys and pool floats that they don’t tell you about. The only complaint is the 4pm check in and 10am check out. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Easy & Relaxing

The house was just as described, clean, and comfortable. The walk to the beach is about a block and beach access is right across the street. Communication with management was fast, consistent, and they answered every question we had. If you’re looking for easy and stress free, and super close to the beach, this is it.

We loved our trip! The house is practically brand new. Everything was beautiful. The walk to the beach is about 3-4 minutes. I’d say front door to feet in the water is about 5 minutes. There are a few restaurants walking distance and several more less than a mile away.

Great location

Our family had a wonderful time staying here, I have 3 little ones, they loved their room with the double bunk beds and tv. It was very convenient to be in short walking distance to the beach, ice cream and restaurants. The house was new, modern, and clean. The flow was a little difficult - when hanging by the pool, since you have to walk outside of the fence and go up the stairs in the front of the house to access the home. It seems like a typical design for the area, however with little ones it’s inconvenient to not be able to run to the kitchen quick from the pool area. Also, I received an email prior to arriving stating they supply zero beach supplies, however there is an entire cabinet full of chairs, beach cart, coolers and toys. Overall great time.

Beach Time on Delmar

This property was as advertised. Very clean, great location with beach access right at the end of the street. We stayed 4 nights and wish we would have booked for 7 nights.We would definitely book this property again.
