Beautiful

Loved the location! 10 min walk to Times Square. Beautifully renovated condo with everything you need. They even have beach chairs and umbrellas. Will be renting again!

Great location and great service support

Typical VRBO, where there a bunches of extra charges, and you have to partially clean the room before checkout. Always annoying, IMO.Nice condo with great view. Beach has just been replenished, so you have lots off white sand between you and the water. Nice decoration and newer with good fittings in terms of plates, glasses, etc. Wish there were more plastic glasses for taking to the beach.Building is up and running, with lots of the area still devastated from the hurricanes. Location is the quieter north end of the beach which we much preferred (from a traffic perspective and many fewer people on the beach), however still lots of construction in the building next door, probably for a few more months, so you have that during week days.Make sure you walk to the end of the beach and then around the corner to the bay side for two completely different water experiences. We are used to a little higher quality (less scratchy) sheets on the bed, and would appreciate some spare pillows, but those are nitwit items.Elevator is really slow and broke down twice while we were there. Long timers tell us this is standard. Not optimal, but not the end of the world.if we come back to FMB, we would stay here again.
