The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood about 300 steps from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. There were comfortable beach chairs to use and plenty of beach towels. The back porch was great for eating meals. I would definitely return.

Awesome location

We loved the cute house, and serene backyard! Quick walk to the public beach access, and a nice quiet location! Easy to get to tourist attractions in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, and Sanibel Island.

Amazing place. Perfect for your week away, for vacation or to work away from home. Perfect walk to the beach. Great location for anything you want to do. House is clean and very welcoming. I will be back!

Nice property and amenities, clean, good staff experience.

This was a nice property, pretty much exactly as listed. Great amenities, all new appliances and interior, bicycles, kayaks, all the beach gear you would need (and a good beach wagon to roll it in,) great kitchen utensils (also everything most folks would need.) Had a small issue that required staff communication. They were quick to respond, professional, helpful, efficient. The property has a great screened in porch, just in front of a tree-lined canal with some wildlife. Pretty nice. The only down side was a noisy pool motor and A/C next door, which dampened the quiet we had hoped for. Definitely way better than noisy neighbors in the pool or loud music (had none of that.) Great neighborhood otherwise, very close to the beach.

Quiet Island Getaway

I was looking for a decent place to get away and this place worked great for the price. I travel frequently and I have stayed in expensive 5-start resorts and 1-star dumps. This place is somewhere in the middle of those. Everything was clean and tidy, and I had no issues making myself at home. I was able to use the dishes, silverware and appliances without worry (clean and fresh). I also did a couple loads of laundry without issue. One bed was too soft for me, but the other bed was perfect. The television worked fine, and the internet was quick enough to work remote and have video conferences. Each morning I walked 3-4 miles on the beach to get my sweat on (August). The public beach access is about a half a city block from the house and was super easy to find. I purchased my groceries at the Publix grocery store which was about a half mile away. That allowed me to cook breakfast or lunch and save my eating out for a local establishment. I had a couple great meals on the island and all the people were awesome. I had rented a vehicle and there was a nice driveway with a roof to protect my vehicle and keep it a little cooler. Some locations are within walking distance of the house, but the north end (busy tourist area) would require a bike (there are a couple on the porch) or an Uber/Lyft. I really enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch late in the evening as it was super quiet except for the crickets and fish jumping in the canal right behind the house. I would stay here again!
