Estero Beach & Tennis Club #306A - Beachfront Condo with Balcony!

Cute one bedroom, one bathroom efficiency is located at the South end of the island across from Santini Plaza, shopping, and restaurants. Take an early morning, afternoon, or sunset walks on the white sandy beach right at your doorstep. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Enjoy ocean and beach views from your own private screened in balcony. Visit many beachfront restaurants along the boulevard or shopping in Santini Plaza. Every view from this one bedroom, one bathroom efficiency is on the Gulf of Mexico.

* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.

$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! Minimum age to rent is 25 years old, during high season we rent from Sat - Sat ( from Christmas to Easter )NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

We arrived late, the directions weren't clear and found out that there were 2 buildings. When we found our place, it was nice and had a great view. There was only one source of ventilation and didn't circulate around the separate areas very well. The weather was miserable and we were forced to evacuate on the 2nd day due to Hurricane Milton. There still appeared as though more work was needed from previous storms but didn't interfere with our stay. The staff kept us updated and communicated with us during our brief stay. Hope the best for them in recovering from Milton

On arrival, there was fencing around the front part of the building which made me think the building was closed for re-construction as was so many places on the island. There was no signage showing the entrance was at the ocean side of the building. I called tri-power office who did a three-way call with the building manager. When asked if she could help me find the entrance, she was belligerent, vulgar and hateful. There was no mention of the building being under re-construction when I made the reservation. Had to sign waivers to release the contractors and tri-power from liability before getting a parking permit. Couldn't use the pool without driving to the tri-power office so we forfeited pool use. At best I would say a very disappointing stay.

1 Tag vor Anreise kam die Info, dass wir das Appartement nicht nutzen können. Wir waren bereits an unserer dritten Station in den Everglades auf einer Schifffahrt. Die uns per Mail angegebenen Alternativen habe ich weder in der App noch im Internet gefunden! Leider habe ich dann Carlos gebeten, für uns die beste Option/ Alternative zu nehmen und schrieb ihm, dass er uns wohl nicht enttäuschen würde! Weit gefehlt. Die Mitarbeiter kennen die Anlage gar nicht und haben keinen Überblick. Wir bekamen genau die Wohnung, wo genau in unserer Aufenthaltswoche, Malerarbeiten an der Fassade ausgeführt wurde. Ab 07:30 Uhr waren drei fahrbaren Hubarbeitsbühnen, welche unentwegt bei Gebrauch piepen und natürlich direkt vor unserem Balkon parkten und den Meerblick versperrten. Überall an den drei Gebäuden wurden die Bewohner auf diese Malerarbeiten hingewiesen und von unserer ursprünglichen Wohnung aus, Gebäude A hätten wir rein gar nichts mit bekommen. Nachdem ich Carlos dies zurück gemeldet habe, war seine einzige Antwort: sorry, es steht in der Anzeige, dass in der Anlage noch Arbeiten ausgeführt werden. Herzlichen Dank! Die Mitarbeiterin, aus dem Office, welche ich kontaktierte für den Parkschein, zog es vor, private Telefongespräche zu führen, mit Lautsprecher natürlich :-) und sprach zunächst gar nicht mit mir, lotse mich nach draußen und faselte zwei Sätze, war genervt, weil ich nachfragen musste und das war es! Die Touristen dürfen den Sturmschaden auslöffeln! Never again ;–(
