The house worked well for us, an extended family of 16, giving us plenty of room and easy access to the beach. We cooked every meal in-house and also used both gas grills; everything worked as promised. Not perfect, but it served our needs.

Family vacation

The house was nice but had small issues Some of the sheets had black hairs and we found a large piece of salami under a chair. A few pillows had red stain on them. A few tiles in the flooring were loose The WiFi wasn’t working and we were offered a hot spot 3/4 of the way onto our trip. The dryer wasn’t drying on the top floor We had a great vacation but there were just a few attention to details that were found

Vitamin Sea!

This was a wonderful location and the management company was wonderful. The manager was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. We rented both units and enjoyed the ground floor rooms which were perfect for some of our family with physical needs and unable to do stairs. The pool was fabulous. Bug spray when outside is a must! Normal wear and tear on indoor/outdoor furniture. Beds are very firm and the pillows are very fluffy. Bring a blanket if you have AC lovers in your group. No extras available. Beach location and condition were amazing. It's a short walk to the beach and the sand is soft! Other than shade they have adequate beach/ pool items.

Good location within walking distance to the beach. The house had ample space. The stairs going to the upstairs property were in need of repair. The pool is small. The owners did a nice job of providing beach chairs, wagons, and beach towels.
