Welcome to Memories on Madison! This spectacular 5 bed, 4 bath canal front home offers an open floor plan, a beautiful private pool with a spill-over spa, and an outdoor kitchen with a wine fridge. Whip up a delectable meal in the fully equipped kitchen featuring plenty of prep space, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar that seats 4. The dining table just off the kitchen also seats 6 guests. The living room features a large sectional, fireplace, and flat-screen TV. Glass sliding doors welcomes guests out to a massive lanai with an outdoor grilling area and automatic shades. Just off the living room is the primary bedroom which offers a king bed, lanai access, large walk-in closet, and TV. The large ensuite bathroom features dual sinks, a soaker tub, and a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom features two adjustable queen beds, perfect for watching TV in bed, and lanai access. This bedroom features a walk-in closet and an en suite with walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom features a king bed, large closet and access to the balcony in front of the home.
