Spring Break 2025

Spring trip. The area is still in repair from the Hurricanes. The location is great for getting on and off the island. The pool was nice once Austin, the pool guy, got it cleaned up. It was unusable (green) for the 2-3 days our 5 day stay.

Great Place for a Birthday!

We loved staying here! The interior is brand new and beautiful, and the pool was great, especially considering how hot it is in Florida. The location is convenient and within walking distance from several places where we like to eat and drink. It's also very close to the beach! We highly recommend this!

Girls Trip

Get away for 4 high school friends who are now empty nesters and the house did not disappoint. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach, the Lani Kai and Times Square. The kitchen was perfect for us as was the pool and the covered deck. We loved it and would rent again.

Great stay, close to bars and beach!

We had an excellent stay here. It was literally a block away from the beach and just a few minutes away from the bars and restaurants. The neighborhood is under construction after the hurricane, but it didn’t bother us any and the view in the backyard is wonderful! The heated pool had trouble turning on and management came to help us out promptly! The home was well kept and decorated nicely. Loved having the second unit downstairs. Although we knew going into it that there would be no spices or oils etc. for cooking, that would be something to add that would make this place 10/10! Overall loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Beach house

We really enjoyed this location. The pool was fabulous and enjoyed by all! We needed a broom, mop or sweeper for cleaning floors after the beach. Why is that not available? Could use more hooks or conveinces in the bathrooms.

The three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room upstairs was perfect! The suite downstairs needed some attention, the floors in the bathroom, living room and kitchen had patches that were unattractive. The bedroom needed a bench to put our luggage or multiple pillows from bed so you don’t have to put them on the floor.Most importantly the renters have to maintain the heating of the pool, did not state that in information on property.So long story short we didn’t have a heated pool!

Charming Oasis Stay

The property was great. Very easy walk to the beach and everywhere else. The upstairs was very open and great for relaxing with everyone in my group. The one thing we did not realize from the listing is the downstairs bedroom was a separate mini apartment which was good for privacy but a pain for keeping group together. The pool was not very clean when we arrived and was not cleaned during our stay. We did a lot of scooping stuff out of it ourselves. My biggest issue was the management companies communication which was all by email at last minute. We did request an early checkin as we arrived early, I had to call twice and they never did text me as promised.

Great location 1 block from the beach and a couple min walk from restaurants. It was nice to have the option of staying at the pool or going to the beach. The house was clean, plenty of space to hang out. Would rent again.
