This house was heaven on earth for us. Looks just like the photos. Very comfortable and had everything we wanted and needed. The beach is a half of block away! We cannot wait to book for next year.

Tidewater

This property is totally upscale and has everything you would want in a vacation home. Everything is walking distance and all dining is in walking distance. Just walk across the street and your on the beach. The doghouse on the corner has amazing food. Lani Kai was also a great lunch/drinking spot. Owner of lani kai is friendly and service was great. The property manager (Jessica) she was incredible to work with. We will definitely be back! Best vacation stay ever!

Tidewater is a wonderful place!!

Home is beautifully decorated and had everything you would need. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We would definitely go back

Beautiful House; just the right size for 6 people.

I absolutely loved staying in this house. Everything has been updated and is in like new condition. Pool/spa was great. I was in it every day. The only down side to the house is there are quite a few steps to go up and down to get from the ground level to the living area. I know there was some type of downstairs living quarters for the owner's use only. It would be an even better house if that could be opened up for renters to allow more people to stay in the house.

Perfect vacation

House was very clean and within walking distance to beach and downtown area. Easy check in/out process. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Family Vacation

We rented this house for our family vacation. It was everything we could’ve imagined. The house was beautiful and very clean. Perfect walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Wonderful communication with the rental agency. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. We are looking forward to another stay at this property!

Premier Property on Ft Myers Beach

We recently completed a stay as a group of 6 friends/family and were extremely happy with this property. The communication with the management is exceptional. The location to beach, bars, restaurants and shopping is outstanding for just heading out the door. We were able to lounge around the pool, grill if we wanted to or head half a block to a restaurant. There was a variety of beach equipment to use. The upstairs outdoor enclosed porch with a TV was a wonderful place to hang out. This is a beautiful tastefully decorated home! Laundry was not a problem so you can pack light. The only suggestion we would have is that a bathroom on the pool level would be a big bonus. The city is currently running water/sewer in the street that you enter on but that is nothing that the owner can control and should be complete soon. I would want to stay nowhere else upon return to Ft Myers Beach. Thanks for some great memories!!

Excellence by the beach!!

My family and I had a wonderful experience in this house. You won't be disappointed!! The whole house is very clean and has all the amenities you need when you're away from home. Lots of room to relax and unwind. We can't wait to go back!!

This house was better than my own house!!! Beautiful inside & out!!! Had everything needed in the kitchen!!! All the ammenties to go to the beach Literally 5 mins. To the beach. Beautiful pool & jaccuzi!!! Looking in to renting again!!!

Awesome property

This house is in the perfect location with the perfect amenities. Bathrooms are perfect. Nice laundry room. Beds were super comfy. The only things we would’ve changed: I wish we could’ve figured out how to work the fans on the downstairs lanai (We think the switch was in the room downstairs that we didn’t have access to). And I wish we could’ve had a boat as well since it has a dock. The second bedroom was a queen, and we had 2 couples staying so a king would’ve been much nicer (since my dad is 6’5”). Other than that it has everything you could ask for. This was definitely the nicest house we’ve stayed at while on vacation. Thanks for a great place!

Our Family Getaway

It was a great home better then what we expected.The location was fantastic fishing in the back and the ocean across the street. Recommend it to anybody. Newly renovated.
