Lani Kai Beachfront Resort
It was difficult to get needed toiletries and such from house keeping. Took hours or even a day to get clean towels, etc. Beach chair and umbrella rentals did not lower rental cost if purchasing a chair later in the day. We did not accommodate in that matter.

Trianon Bonita Bay
Rooms are dated. Pool was cloudy the day we arrived. The shower had mold and even the shower head. had to clean the shower head before I even took a shower. They did have house keeping come up and clean the shower. But It still had mold in areas that they missed...
