Perfect well equipped lovely home
A perfect townhouse with everything you need for a great get away. A wonderful host has thought of every little detaiL. Beach chairs, towels, extra blankets, plenty of housewear items. Attention to details is always important and such a welcoming change from the usual rental. games, books, and many others. Location is perfect for walking to shopping on Hwy 41 and yet it is very quiet. The pool was welcoming and very clean. Easy parking, close to lots of restaurants. Private court yard with patio furniture and grill. This plade has it all!

Perfect weather
It was clean and nicely appointed. Neighborhood was very quiet. Neighbors we met were very friendly. Location was convenient to stores and entertainment. Unfortunately Fort Meyers traffic is horrendous.

Location, location, location!
Excellent location to beaches, attractions. Loved the heated pool. Sadly the furniture had so many broken springs we had to add plywood under cushions to not fall in the frame. Otherwise the condo was convenient and well stocked.

Perfect location
This condo is in a perfect location right in the middle of town but close to main roads that don't suffer from the normal Ft. Myers traffic. This unit was right next to the pool, which we loved as we could just walk right over. The pool was heated and not busy most of the time. We found the neighbors to be very nice. The unit was perfect for our dogs, as we were surrounded by grass with plenty of room to walk them. The unit itself was very comfortable and nicely appointed. We really had no complaints. We'd certainly stay here again.

The plant, furniture that would be hard to get rid of at yard sale and not even a box of tisssues in the way of amenities left something to be desired. The owner stopped by after we complainted about intermitttent TV & said she was remodeling in Nov-Gee, that made me feel good. NO VRBO for me again.

For a month I was in heaven.we had a pool we used every day.great shopping.restorants.clean house . beautiful flowers in the neighborhood.our host was answering all our questions.very helpfull.quiet neighborhood.Fort Myers beach is beautiful.

It had all the amenities that you need for a vacation. But the air conditioning doesn’t work great and home was always hot. The carpeting is dirty and the pool area is just ok.

Lovely place
Just a few minor recommendations to improve the overall stay. Both shower heads need replacing, they are leaking or not working well. Also master bedroom bed is very noisy, the box spring needs to be replaced, getting out or into bed wakes up the person sleeping in the bed.

Our Stay
The property was clean and the appliances worked fine. However, the air conditioning unit cannot keep up with the heat. The coolest it could reach during the day was 79 degrees and it was about 90 degrees outside. We have stayed in multiple properties in Florida during the summer and all the others were much more comfortable--the unit needs to be repaired or changed. Also, we are sports fans and enjoy watching LIVE sports on tv. The only channels available at this unit are streaming channels--no local--and none of the streaming channels provided have LIVE sports. So, if you like watching the NBA Playoffs, MLB baseball or NFL football--it's not gonna happen. Very disappointing--I wish I had known that before our stay.

Clean, comfortable, enough space for all of us. Great to be able to come back from a ball game and relax, wash the uniforms, make some dinner. After a long summer of travel ball and hotel rooms-- staying in a town home with more space/kitchen/laundry was great. Not to mention separate bedrooms!

Nice and Clean Townhouse
Centrally located in Fort Myers right next to the large, well kept pool. Booking and check in were easy. It has all the amenities you would need and close to stores and restaurants. Our only complaint and reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the AC had a difficult time keeping the home cooled in the late afternoon/early evening. I’m sure anytime but summer would be fine. The lights in the kitchen and dining area are like heat lamps which made it even warmer. I would wait to shower after cooking dinner because while cooking I really broke out in a sweat as the kitchen really heats up. The manager was made aware of the above and plans to address it. So hoping to stay there again in the future.

Great location!
Comfortably appointed 2 BR unit centrally located to everything Fort Myers. Nice 'Welcome' bottle of wine. Clean, well stocked and next to pool. Very quiet area. Owner quick to respond, local contact for easy check-in and check out or questions. 2nd BR does get a little warm from the afternoon sun facing west. We stayed the first week in August and there were flannel sheets on the bed. Luckily, there was a fan in the closet though! Annoying berries on front walk right in front of gate was the only other negative. It was a lovely stay while we waited for our home to be finished. 2 thumbs and 2 paws up :) 5th consecutive good VRBO experience!!
