This stay was very clean and spacious. Had a large bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows. Host had great communication and replied very quickly. Stay is located on a dead end street so no loud traffic but minutes away from shopping and food. Felt very safe and at home. Parking was a little tight and there were no ac controls, had gotten hot while sleeping. Overall, loved this place would stay again! :)

Clean and comfy
We had a very clean and comfy space. Our stay was a week long and our host was there for us if we needed anything. Communication was quick and she was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again. . Thank you

Relaxing Stay Close to Airport and Downtown
Instructions were clear and the property was as listed. The entire stay was comfortable and perfect for a few days away. Being close to the airport is nice when you have an early flight!

Room 4
Overall just what we expected, a nice place to get a good nights sleep and a morning shower. The instant coffee, tea and breakfast bars were a nice starter for the next morning. The lighting could be better going to room 4 as we got in after dark, had to use flashlight on phones. The door locks can be frustrating to get open but a little patience works. Overall very satisfied.

12 Night 2022 Christmas & New Years Stay
Very Nice Room & Location for the Price. Comfortable & Quiet. FYI no thermostat control in rental. Ventilation fan in bathroom is worn out & loud, detracts from the nice ambience. I enjoyed my stay & was satisfied.

Central air condition was inoperative and had to settle for a small window unit which required pulling back curtain and therefore no privacy. Gaining access using code was terrible taking more than five minutes each time it was used. This either needs to be repaired or changed out complete. Yana and her brother bent over backwards to please and the property was clean and well kept. A TV other than a Roku TV would have been useful. Internet was more than adequate.

The photos were accurate. A lot of places usually play with the angles, lighting, and filters like some sort of catfish but the place is as advertised. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was good. You're about 5 minutes away from a shopping center and Colonial (major road in ft myers)Myers. The hosts were prompt and responsive throughout the entire process from when I initially booked to the morning of checkout. This was my first time using this app and Yana (and the Gentleman I spoke with in the morning, sorry I forgot to introduce myself) have set the bar high. If I am staying for a short time in fort myers this will be the first place I look for.

Small, Private Suite
After booking this property with Yana, I had no idea what to expect. She made it very clear and concise on the directions were for checking into her property. I had a wonderful time staying at this property, and would recommend this to anyone that is traveling alone or with a spouse. I stayed in Suite #4 which was small but cozy. The bathroom was amazing and bedroom had plenty of space.

Did not disappoint
I was in town for work, not with my family for vacation. The property was clean, communication with the property manger was quick. Much cheaper than a motel, with a little more privacy. Highly recommend!

A VERY pleasant, quiet stay
Yana is THE best communicator! I hardly ever had to wait more than a couple minutes for a response to a question, and she is extremely eager to hear suggestions on how to make guests' stays more enjoyable. The suite is quite spacious, uber clean and everything worked well. It's in a great location, is really quiet and safe, and my 3 weeks passed too quickly. The only suggestions I have are that the outside areas could use plenty of tidying, and that some of the interior finishes and fixtures could stand upgrades. The term "luxury" might overstate things a bit. It's still a great value for a very good stay, though.

Very cute
We were a little confused once we arrived as the room was considered a “suite” that is attached onto the main home. Yana was very helpful in advising us though! If I could fix one thing, it would be the inconsistent water temperature in the shower. I wanted to take a hot shower & the water kept switching from cold to hot. Other than that, the place is cute & clean!

The property was cute. A turtle greeted us every morning. HOWEVER: Only a bathroom sink. Someone had stuffed a few Kleenex in a plastic bag(maybe 10), Yuck. No real plates, bowls, silverware. We had 1 paper bowl No paper plates, about 8 plastic forks, 1 plastic spoon. The caretaker brought us a few paper plates and some real serving bowls. But cheap doesn't begin to describe. Again, pretty but Seriously?!

Clean and economical room
The unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also the couch was comfortable and there was a smart tv which we were able to watch. However the small kitchen area was totally non-supplied. No silverware, plates, or glasses (except two wine glasses and a corkscrew which was appreciated).The shower had nice water pressure.

Great spot to get all over the Ft.Meyers area
Nice and quiet residential area that is close to stores , businesses , and other attractions around Ft. Meyer. . The space is quite large and roomy and the only change I would like to see is a sliding door in front of the toilet/shower as it is open to both the bedroom and living room area. No TV channels , you need to subscribe to Netflix,YouTube,etc.
