Nestled in a quiet enclave of newly constructed homes and attached villas you will find the gated community of Venetian Pointe. Just minutes from SW Florida's award winning beaches, shopping, dining, golf and professional baseball - you'll be secluded from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to get to it if, and when, you want to! With sidewalk lined streets, tropical landscaping, and a community pool, sundeck and workout out facility just steps from the home, you're bound to fall in love with this little gem in highly desirable South Fort Myers. This vacation home has been intentionally designed and prepared for the most discriminating traveler and families. No detail has been overlooked to create a home that you will be glad to call yours during your time in Southwest Florida.



**Please note - Bookings made for a check-in date within 15 days will not be accepted, since the condo association has to approve all applications and they take 10-15 days to review. Split floor plan with primary suite and guest bedrooms all separate from each other, offering privacy for all



Primary suite just off the main living area at the back of the home with king bed, flat screen Smart TV, ceiling fan and spacious ensuite bathroom with double sink vanity, walk-in shower, separate toilet area and spacious walk-in closet



2 guest bedrooms on opposite sides of the front of the home, each with queen beds, Smart TV's and ceiling fans

Winter getaway
