This home was bright, clean, and beautiful. We especially loved the placement on the canal where we spent many hours by the pool enjoying the view. Our only disappointment was that we were not given the opportunity to rent it next year.

Beautiful home that was perfect for our family vacation. The kayaks and bikes were an added bonus.

We would definitely rent villa Eyleen again. The location was close to anything you might need. Also close to visiting pine island or Punta Gorda. Everything we needed was provided. We had a couple of questions on the pool which were answered promptly. Thanks for a great stay!

Clean and comfortable place to vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Cape Coral. This property was “ as advertised”! It was clean, very well maintained, and had everything we needed throughout the house, including the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The house comfortably sleeps 8 with the 4 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. The Living room is huge, with a large flat screen TV, attached formal dining room, and a second dining area off the kitchen. The two largest bedrooms also come equipped with a flat screen TV. The house has some very cool lighting options/fixtures. The back yard has a private screened in pool, with plenty of lounge chairs, and a large, clean grill. Kayaks are provided should you want to do some paddling down the canal. The 2-car garage is available for your use, and there are beach chairs for a day at the beach. The laundry room off the kitchen was handy, and made keeping towels and clothes clean during our stay easy. The local property management company stopped by to check us in and show us all the features of the house, and also came by to check us out. It was nice to have someone close by to answer any questions. We enjoyed golf that was very close to this property, and had a nice drive out to Sanibel/Captiva. Every restaurant imaginable is nearby, as are grocery stores, and plenty of shopping. This property is one we would rent again, and recommend to anyone looking for a private, well maintained house to call home on your vacation.

Exquisite and comfortable

Villa Eyleen was a treat! Conveniently located and thoughtfully furnished, this home-away-from home has it all. We enjoyed lounging in the pool, catching catfish out back, biking around the neighborhood, watching football on the big screen TV. We discovered a family of burrowing owls (endangered & protected) in the neighborhood on our morning walks—Fun to watch and photograph. The house is amazing! Big, spacious, clean and comfy. And it has the coolest lighting. The owners provide a manual that is highly detailed and extremely helpful. It allowed us to enjoy all the wonderful features of the house without confusion or frustration. We are grateful that Stefan and his family choose to share their Cape Coral house with guests like us. Will recommend to friends looking for a carefree, comfortable vacation.
