Newly refreshed with a coastal theme and brand new furniture as of May 2023! This charming home boasts a delightfully retro design and offers a unique living experience. Located off of McGregor Blvd in Fort Myers, this property is conveniently situated near local shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Located just 2 miles away from Fort Myers Country Club, a public golf course, and just a 10 min drive from fabulous Downtown Fort Myers with many shops and dining options. The Fort Myers Aquatic Center in located 10 minutes away. Both Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach are a short 20-minute drive away. The home features an open floor plan, allowing for natural light to fill the living space. The retro-inspired kitchen is a standout feature, with vintage appliances and decor that transport you back in time. The bedrooms are generously sized, providing ample room for rest and relaxation. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and large flat screen tv as well as an ensuite bathroom with vintage tiling, adding to the home's unique charm. Both guest bedrooms have queen-sized beds and flat-screen TVs. The backyard is perfect for outdoor activities and features a spacious screened-in patio area for enjoying the Florida weather, including an outdoor dining table and comfortable wicker furniture. The house was very cute, and very clean inside. The first night it was just myself and my husband; family members arrived the next am and we quickly discovered the hallway bathroom toilet would not flush. The plunger provided did not function (hole in toilet too large for it). I immediately called the property manager. Several hours later a maintenance person came (while we were out), but he did not fix the problem. I called the property manager again and was told they were going to call a plumber. No plumber ever came to the house. I called the property manager multiple times AND messaged the property host to no avail. We spent three nights in the house, 5 people, with only one functioning toilet, in the primary bath, which meant all of our family members had to go through our bedroom to use our toilet, even during the night when we were sleeping. Also upon our arrival we discovered both the outside garbage cans were overflowing with garbage, leaving us no room to dispose of our own trash while in residence. The light in the kitchen did not work... it uses a remote. When I told the maintenance person about it I was told "yes, we know about that; a previous guest took the remote or lost it. Overall, this property should be maintained by a different management company. The one currently in use sucks! Very poor communication and lack of response to problems.
